Hi Kristie! You ordered a Betsey Johnson jacket from me last week and I shipped it on Friday!!! I could not figure out why I kept receiving notifications telling me I hadn’t sent it yet! I’m so upset... I just figured it out. I printed the wrong label. I reprinted the label for the last woman who purchased from me. I’ve reported this to PoshMark twice now but I haven’t heard back yet. I’m so very sorry!!

@coreridex hello. I’m still working with PoshMark to resolve... but I will tell you that the experience with a PoshMark support, thus far, has been disappointing. I have had to tell them three times now what happened and I’m waiting now for a response. I’m so very sorry for the delay. If you’d like to communicate by email, I’d be happy to provide you my email. @coreridex hello. So... I’m filing a claim with USPS to locate and return the package that I accidentally sent to a previous buyer. I tracked the label # and all that came up was that a package was delivered back in February 2021. It was at that moment that it occurred to me that the label had no value so I’m not sure why it hasn’t been returned to me yet. But I’m filing a claim and will keep you posted. I’m so sorry tan out this. I’ve been so upset about it that my mind is just spinning. 🙃
