marlyconn Hello! I’m glad you liked your Givency bag and I thank you for your purchase and quick approval, however you mentioned you disapproved of the packaging but that is entirely on Poshmark. I packaged it with a lot of care to assure the bag arrives in perfect condition to Poshmark or directly to the buyer. I take it very seriously. I am sincerely sorry that happened. I do hope you enjoy your bag and thanks again.

fiorebow @marlyconn hi love! The box looked like it was stepped on by an elephant. I was so scared the purse was ruined. But I checked it over and it looked like your pics. Sorry to have lowered your rating for that. Should I contact Poshmark about the box?

marlyconn @fiorebow you can try if you like. That sounds like USPS did a lousy job handling your box so maybe go show them and bring that box. That’s seriously should not happen. They probably added heavy boxes on top. Maybe Poshmark needs to mark it fragile. No worries about the 4 star I mostly concerned how it was handled.
