hanolibri @kristinkirk had no idea you were so disappointed to rate it 2 stars. You have an option to open case if item is misrepresented and ask questions before purchasing. You asked for lower price and discounted shipping what was honored. You mentioned the condition was fine and they fit after you received the boots and kept the boots. You mentioned fur was not authentic and I responded fur was authentic. Not sure exactly what you wanted from me as I communicated honestly and shipped quickly.

kristinkirk @nelku honest to goodness, I didn’t mean to be so vitriolic. I guess what I really wanted is to return them b/c I am not convinced that the fur on the shaft is genuine. I relisted them on eBay as u suggested, but would be willing to return them to you at my expense. Or. Worse case scenario, request a $20 refund. If u would consider either of those options (ideally the return), I will happily adjust my review.

kristinkirk I sell things too, so I empathize w/ your reaction. As you know, I was also disappointed that I wasn’t able to retract my purchase (esp since I notified you w/in 10 minutes of having purchased them) after realizing that the size was a 39 rather than my actual size which is 40. Turns out they do fit too snug after all...
