nyakowa @kristink1177 I’m not sure what happened.. I would suggest to file a damage due to shipping. Because They were sent in good condition. Something happened along the way.

nyakowa @kristink1177 I’m sorry but confused - first message was that you received them and liked the boots. Then something broke with is not how I sent them. Not sure what to do .. I’m happy to discount the other suede boots but I’m not responsible to damage that occurred after you tried them on. Maybe you can glue repair the heel. It’s a rubber base heel.

I jumped the gun as I was excited to finally receive them after being stuck in transit for so long. No worries though. Poshmark has excellent customer service, and the issue is resolved. Have a great holiday!
