mmquestar Hi it's me again. So I went to ship the skirt today and cannot find it😞. I listed it about a year ago and I'm hoping it didn't get put in a "give away bag". I am going to cancel the order. If I find it I will just give it to you. I will let you know. I'm so sorry I've never had this happen before. Thanks so much for your patience.

fashionornot Hello! While packing the HD jacket, I noticed a pulled thread on the right front side that I missed in the listing. I’d like to send you a picture, but I don’t know how. kristingerst @fashionornot thank you for letting me know. Is it in the seam of the jacket? Just wondering if it would pull out further or not. A picture would be great but I’m not sure how to go about that either. Maybe post it in the comments under the original listing?

fashionornot @kristingerst Hi, it’s is not in the structural seam; just top-stitching along the princess seam. I don’t think it would pull out unless string is tugged hard & intentional. Can’t add pic in the comments under the original listing. The 5th pic down in listing (above pocket) shows it, but not close up. Don’t know if allowed to text a photo to you?

fashionornot @kristingerst It wasn’t obvious, hence was overlooked when listing. Last night the thread looked bunched up, so I pulled light on the thread & then saw the 3 undone stitches. Was apparently that way when purchased...just wasn’t noticeable. The thread could be snipped off, or possibly glued down with fabric glue...? Will leave that for the new owner to decide. I’ll get it packed & sent if you’re certain you’re okay with the condition. I do appreciate your kindness & understanding.

fashionornot @kristingerst You are most welcome! I always want my buyers to be happy, and strive to be completely transparent in my listings. This was a complete oversight, and I felt horrible last night when I saw the thread. I do appreciate you being so kind about it! I will get it packed up, but unfortunately our small town post office closes at 11:00…in 15 minutes. So, I may not get it out in the mail today. :(

fashionornot @kristingerst I missed our last mail pick-up time, but we traveled to a neighboring city to do some grocery shopping & their last pickup time was a couple hours later, so I dropped it off there.
