freepeopleluva Hi Hun , I just received the Stella sunnies and I was very excited but when I opened the package one of the lenses was totally popped out .. I'm sorry it didn't work out 😞 what is the procedure to return these to u ? I'm new to posh so I have no idea

kristindyer Hey girl I'm so sorry to hear that. :( It must have happened during shipping somehow. I'm sure you can pop the lens back in easily (some of them are made that way so you can add your own prescription, etc), but I totally understand your concern. I'm also new to Posh so I have no idea about returns either, but I know there is probably all the info listed in the FAQ section.

freepeopleluva It's ok , so I tried popping it in but there must be a piece missing so it doesn't fit it seems the lens is to small for the frame because it just falls right through , it doesn't look like a piece is missing but that's the only reason I can think of for it not to fit

kristindyer That's so bizarre, there definitely shouldn't be a piece missing because they fit perfectly for as long as I've owned them and when I shipped them out. I would also maybe try popping them back in on the opposite side, but I'm sure you probably tried both sides already. I can assure you they were in perfect condition when I sent them, so I'm really sorry to hear this happened during the shipping process.
