kristyles721 I'm obviously never going to get the bracelet. 😂😂😂And I can't get the insurance money since I'm not the sender. This just sucks! Poshmark won't help me either. At least you can get the insurance money for it.

nickole @kristyles721 I have opened claims with both @poshmark and usps and neither have been helpful. I wish I would have just shipped it my own way, I have never had good experiences

nickole @kristyles721 No, they are just holding the money you paid in limbo. So pretty much they maid 250 dollars pure profit and we both got screwed. I had only used this site for small clothing purchases in the past, but I am so turned off by the lack of customer service I will be sharing this with my friends who use the site.

kristyles721 @nickole oh my gosh!!!! That is so unfair!!! I bought a couple of dresses and 2 bracelets now... I'm done! Customer service rep emailed me a nice nasty email about packages being stolen from my home and not being able to scan them... I was livid!!!! It was not stolen... it never made it to Snellville, GA!!!!! And nothing has ever been stolen from my mailbox! It is lost at the sort facility! But they were no help at all! They should have at least paid you your money!
