cassiegg @foreverafter it was delivered to the building mailroom where we office yesterday and picked up from the postal carrier assigned to our mailroom and brought to me about 11:45 this morning. I immediately opened it. It had been well packaged with no signs of damage or water on the shipping container, but there are marks all over the purse. The back side of the bag looks like something spilled or dripped down the back.

cassiegg Structurally the bag is in great condition but I was very surprised to see scuffs and stains/marks on almost every surface of the bag.

cassiegg I’m going to call Neiman’s to see if they have a service that might be able to recondition this bag to get rid of the marks by wanted to notify you immediately.

foreverafter @cassiegg Can you send me pics? The bag was in impeccable condition when I shipped it to poshmark. I’m curious to know if they repackaged it. Do you still have the box it was shipped in? If so, I would like to see it to check if it’s what I used. That is so disappointing! What did the caseworker at poshmark say?
