@kstain54 I’m so sorry, I’m not sure how that happened because I don’t own any grey/brown blazers with that label in the first place? Can you please verify that the address listed in your account is correct? I think we might have to email Poshmark customer service because it sounds like your package was switched with another users.

@nzheng14 - hi, the address is correct. I’ve reached to the customer service twice and I haven’t received anything except the automated reply. Sounds like the mistake is on their end. I’ll send again but perhaps you can too. Hopefully they will respond soon!
