I would hope you get the shipping back too..I know it’s against the rules but I would be willing to just put a check in the mail to you for full refund.. you could mail it back st your conscience to the return address if you still have package

The post office puts excuses in the system that aren’t true when they can’t deliver something after it says out for delivery. It may not have got on the mail truck or they put it on the wrong truck. According to the tracking the package arrived at my post office and then 11 minutes later it was out for delivery. I’m sure it really wasn’t. I’ve gotten my mail today including packages. I expect it will arrive tomorrow.
