I’m sorry you’re disappointed. The boots were shipped to me directly from a Bloomingdales store. I ordered 2 sizes. The size 10 that you purchased did not fit. I only tried them on. I can assure you they were never worn. I kept the size 9.5. I hope you enjoy them.
