ecogibbs @melodyrkm63 hi, how do you give a shipping discount for a bundle? I can seem to change to 4.99.

melodyrkm63 @ecogibbs when you are in the bundle go down to bottom and it should say offer. Or make offer. Cluck that and you can put in sale amount and below that it should have the words like (none) (-1.80) and (-6.49) cluck one of those and it will discount shipping. Hope that works😉

ecogibbs @melodyrkm63 thank you, I missed that part when I countered an offer. Can i re offer and change that, or do they have to decline first, then I re offer?

melodyrkm63 @ecogibbs I'm not sure but they can decline offer. Then you maybe be able to make an offer to likers and discount shipping on that offer instead of in the bundle.

ecogibbs @melodyrkm63 she has 5 items in a bundle and wants discount shipping along with 15% of 3 or more which I'm fine giving but I don't know how to change the shipping for her.

melodyrkm63 @ecogibbs I'm sorry that I'm at a loss for answer. I believe your going to have to wait for expired or her to decline. Another thought is to take that discount amount of shipping and take it off an item in the bundle. It's still the discount but off the bundled item instead of shipping. So sorry. You can also email posh support. It'll probably take 24 hours for reply

ecogibbs @melodyrkm63 thank you, you did help! I offered her less then what the actual total was with 15% discount. She can still pay normal shipping and it will still be less than it was going to be. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
