Also, thank you for pointing out that the used box situation wasn't ideal. I apologize for any damage on the way. I'm glad the item was in stated condition and there was no damage. lucievk Hey! I just wanted to let you know I shipped that Joules jacket a few days ago and the other items I dropped off started tracking, but that hasn’t yet. Hoping it starts shipping today, my post office was covered in boxes and I’ve never seen it like that before so I think they’re just struggling right now lol
