poshiblyannie Hello! You just purchased a brand new pair of sandals from me but only gave me a 4 star rating. I am curious as to why this is. I aim to give my customers the best experience ever from my closet, but I am perplexed at the less than perfect rating on a brand new item.

nova_green @poshiblyannie It’s not you as a seller but the sandals that received the 4 star rating because there is an awful sag in the ankle strap that is not something I can fix but Poshmark is only willing to accept returns on an item that was ill represented in the listing.

poshiblyannie @nova_green So, the rating should be based on whether or not I misrepresented the item, which I did not. It should not be based upon whether they fit the way you would like.
