wmiller Hi Kristina. I dropped off your box at the post office Monday afternoon. I had three packages and the other two have been delivered. This has happened a couple times, but they were both eventually scanned. It took about 5 days the last time. If it isn’t scanned soon, I’m not sure what to do. I know I can refund your money, but of course you want the dress!

I am baffled as to how you could improve the cleanliness of a new item. Was there something wrong with it I wasn't aware of? Also what portion of the description was not accurate? I strive to list items accurately and have openness regarding condition. Please let me know your input! thank you.
