Yesterday I attended a family reunion, the first in nearly 30 years for my mother's side of the family. It began in Whitewater, a gorgeous state park, where I've vivid and, oh, SO fond memories of attending annual reunions as a child.

kindlyyours We then moved to a small rural church, cemetery and tiny, old schoolhouse that bear my Mother's family name. They rest between seemingly endless dancing cornfields, grazing pastures and rolling hills that abut the plot of rich farmland my great-grandfather homesteaded years ago.

kindlyyours Yesterday, with family travelling to this beautiful farmland from all across the country and as far away as Japan, we celebrated our ancestry, the land, and one another. It was delightful! I returned home very late last night to a nearly empty refrigerator (haven't managed to get to the grocery in some time). Kris, I relished in eating the entire bag of Island Princess Royal crunch!

kris7ina @kindlyyours I guess if the weather is nice outside and it's appropriate to do rehab outdoor, wouldn't be such a bad idea🤷 the kids and I had a fun holiday weekend and we're all doing great. kindlyyours @kris7ina Rehab...long story for another day, but hope it will help you understand why I've not yet written. I'm literally about 3 years (not exaggerating) behind on correspondence! Posh set my rehab back, but is my tireless attempt to stay off any public assistance and to maintain better health insurance. I've always been SO independent, I imagine just like you, Kris! If I've already shared this, please forgive me. Poor memory...but slowly improving. Soon, my friend! Be well!

Make money only to have to spend money, I guess they call that balance lol🤦kids got me booked for jobs for a life time😸 and I sincerely apologize that I've only gotten back to you now on answer you text. The kids and I are doing well. My youngest daughter made honor roll for the first quarter of school.

Jaylyn has joined a few clubs at school, and I'm in the process of getting a part time job with a friend who owns a red light therapy. I know, where do I find the time? I'm still stuck on that question. Oh and, if you do find that sweater with the coffee mug attached.....I'll be glad to purchase one too. Lol.
