Hi Kristina, as I was packaging up your shoes I noticed that a little area on the side of the strap was starting to peel. As I looked closer I could see that the peeling was going to start to weaken the strap and it would wear out very soon. I'm very sorry but I thought it would be more of a disservice sending them to you in that condition. I hope you understand. I can upload if needed.

I am sorry but a $5 offer gives me $2. Asking questions and then giving a very lowball offer is not right. Maybe you didn't know that I basically make nothing at $5. I would have accepted most any reasonable offer but that is not one.

Hi! You purchased the RL booties and as I was about to ship I noticed a little wear on the inside edge around the back heel. These have never been worn, only tried on, but I’m thinking the wear is from rubbing against another pair of shoes in my closet and wanted you to know before I ship. I think they will look fine once on your feet, but wanted you to know. I’m sorry I think they just got a little squished in my closet.
