theposhfinds Hi @onfleekkristina I was wondering if you were able to change your rating possibly. I packaged it up and ensured that the product was safe and secure. Any damage that occurred was not my fault, and it happened after I sent it out. When it left my home, it was in perfect condition. I also packaged it with bubble wrap and secured the product. Poshmark gives you 24 hours to change your rating.. so if that is possible I would really appreciate it 🙏🏻 Thanks!

onfleekkristina Hi. I changed the star rating because I dont want to harm your score. I work in an industry in quality assurance role and see shipping damage all of the time. It is not your fault, but think about thicker bubble wrap that covers the full surface of your item or packaging paper in the future. The part that was broken was not covered by the bubble wrap. Hope the star rating change works for you. Thanks
