cliya187hen Hi Kristina, I apologize for this. I recently sold two items on the same day and printed and packaged both items. One was your Zara top and another was a Men’s top, I realized I forgot to send out a package when I found the box with the men’s top in the car. But on the PM app, it was already shipped. Then I realized that shipped your item to him and I still have his item with your shipping label.

cliya187hen I’m sorry if that was confusing. I label all the boxes so I know what’s in there but I accidentally mixed up the shipping labels. If you don’t mind waiting, once I get it back in the mail, I can ship it straight out to you. Or we can cancel the order. Again, I do apologize for this mistake.
