Hi! I'm Kristina. I love to shop and love dressing up. I want to pass on some beautiful well loved pieces from my closet to yours at an affordable price. As you can see from my closet I love black, grey, and white. However, I love a bold print as well. My favorite stores are Anthropologie, Evereve, Nordstrom, Athleta, and Free People. larsoninak @kmariad11 It definitely can be overwhelming. When I got started, it was because I wanted to replace my favorite jeans after losing 30 lbs. Then I realized I could pay for my replacements by selling my too big clothes. It’s a lot of work, but take it a step at a time.

larsoninak @kmariad11 If you want to buy something, it’s best to start with wanting something specific so you don’t feel overwrought with choices. Ask a lot of questions! Be sure you feel good about your potential purchase. When selling, be open, honest, and caring. If you make a purchase you aren’t happy with that doesn’t have anything to do with the seller, be sure your review reflects that. Ratings do mean a great deal.

larsoninak @kmariad11 I totally get where you are coming from. After a year and months on Poshmark, I still get to a point where I just don’t feel like posting anything new. Don’t worry about it; just re-share your posted items so more people will see them. Take clear photos and be descriptive as possible. I still need to work on some of mine!

larsoninak @kmariad11 The main thing is, just take it slow and easy. Don’t stress yourself out over it. In the end, it will be worth it. I’ve learned a lot and have made over 120 sales now. I set up an account that only has my earnings off Poshmark so I can see my progress and use it for vacation for my husband and I. It’s very cool. Good luck, my friend! Just breathe. 🤗

larsoninak @kmariad11 Congratulations to you, too! I wasn’t necessarily over weight, but was told I was pre-diabetic. There was no way I was accepting that, so I cut carbs and sugar and went from 145 to 115 in just three months. It’s been two years now and I’m still between 115-118. The most important thing is that my bloodwork has come out positive since then!

larsoninak @kmariad11 If you are ever confused about anything, just let me know. When taking photos of clothes for sale, use a white or light background to highlight your item. I use a sheet hanging from a door frame! Measurements are important, as are material. List any flaws and make sure your price reflects that. Start higher, gain interest, then give a private discount to interested parties.

larsoninak @kmariad11 Bundling can be beneficial to both seller and purchaser, but more so for the purchaser; however, it helps the seller sell more items at one time. First, as a seller, you can choose several options. I personally use a 15% automatic discount if someone wants to purchase two or more items at one time in my closet.

larsoninak @kmariad11 If the seller wants to offer a different price, though, the discount no longer applies. For example, if the discounted price of two items is $20 and they offer $18, they don’t get another 15% discount on top of that. As a buyer, you then only pay one shipping charge. That’s always the best incentive, I think.

larsoninak @kmariad11 You can go with 3 items at 20% or 15%, or whatever you prefer. I find that most people can find two things they’d like to buy rather than three. You’re goal is to sell the most items possible at the best price for everyone. Maybe go with 2 at 10% to start if you’re more comfortable with that.

larsoninak @kmariad11 Like I said, though, it’s the discounted shipping that people really go for! They may be more inclined to buy higher for more profit to you. When you consider 15%, it’s not that bad for you because people will try to lower the purchase price anyway. You’re just making it look that more enticing. I hope this helps!
