margville6 @feeneysfinest first, I ordered from her and it said it shipped and I waited and waited and when I contacted her she said she put them in the mail but with the school closures etc she was stressed, which I understood as this was beginning of March

margville6 @feeneysfinest sorry her first was that she was running behind and the second message was she was sorry she was so busy but the shoes “were in the mail.” I think I mentioned if I could get a refund in shipping and she said that Poshmark charges shipping and sorry that’s the way it goes

margville6 @feeneysfinest so I co texted Poshmark to say I didn’t want to cancel but just wanted my $7 back and they said no problem. Then. I waited and waited and it kept saying “waiting to ship” and NEVER said my order was cancelled.

margville6 @feeneysfinest then she replied that she got “scared” when I mentioned shipping so she cancelled. Of course my order was still NOT cancelled! Not until I contacted Poshmark customer service did they cancel Bc she had said she didn’t have the shoes anymore. I wasn’t very happy and she didn’t seem apologetic at all. Maybe she just keep the money and waits until they refund the customer? Not sure but I wish there was a way to rate someone?

secondhandro @feeneysfinest I too was Treated rudely by her Kate! I Want my purse. I asked for discounted shipping, And she was mad about the question. Then told me I looked like I didn't need a discount. I'm retired and trying to stay within my budget. She went off on me and was so rude all I asked was a question. Can you help me out by sending her a message I can't get ahold of her it's been 2 weeks still says awaiting shipment. Is Arlington under weather alerts? ❤💃🏻
