Hi there. I am reaching out to let you know that I've filed a notice with Poshmark and the postal annex for your item I sent to you last week that never entered tracking. I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience, I am very disappointed as well. As a buyer, you can request cancellation so that u receive your funds back. Then hopefully WHEN it turns up in postal system, Poshmark will give u the option to accept or decline the package.

Thank you Jeska. I received the earrings in the beautiful packaging. This was my first purchase using Poshmark. I heard from Poshmark that they paid you for the earrings, and they refunded my money. I appreciate their customer service, and yours too. Sometimes even though we try to do everything right, it still goes wrong. Due to your customer service and Poshmark"s customer service, I will continue to use this shopping platform. Thank you again ❤

Hello, he gave me 4 stars and then he says that what he doesn't like is the label on the bracelet, that was his problem, the world is upside down, he prefers a paper label to be in better condition than his product, I don't understand, I have many satisfied customers, I do not sell anything that is not what is in the photos, thank you ..

@torresdi90 I bought this particular item because it said NWT. The tag looks like it wasn't the original tag. I paid you for the item because I believe it's new. I bought it as a gift and I will remove the tag because it doesn't look real.

@kchenevey Hello, I'm sorry to hear that, but you are saying that I sold you something that is not just for a tag, I challenge you to check if the bracelet is real or not, the bracelet had your tag and that was the original, I don't know why it says that It was not, I can also provide you with photos, I have many of everything I have sold and continue to sell.
