stylemeowt Hi, I’m so sorry and bummed to hear about the bracelet! 😭 I got it and a similar silver one as a gift a few years ago and they had been sitting in a drawer ever since. The silver one sold first and the girl really liked it so I didn’t think there would ever be a problem with the black/gold one. I received it in 2018, but it probably sat in there too long. 🙈 PM is really good about refunding buyers, if not I will find a way to refund you!!
