kay_burnett Hello Kristina have not seen you on Poshmark lately….. hope you are well!😊 Say I have a technical? For you Remember when you first went on and your picture was sideways rather than vertical like it should be when going live, well this happened to me today and I am baffled as to why. I tried going out of the show and restarting twice but my pic on phone was still sideways. I even tried using a different pic thinking that was the problem… ugh so if you have any suggestions, I would be grateful

Sorry I missed your show..I had to turn off notifications cause it was happening too often, plus I needed to quit buying for awhile! 😂 I have been really bad about going LIVE just busy and lazy! 🤪 I haven’t given up on it yet though! To answer your question I had to go into Portrait Orientation Lock and enable it so it would lock the screen. From my Home Screen you swipe down from the top left of your phone to the bottom of your screen. I hope this helps! 🥰
