I don't know why you would return an item without putting it in protective tissue and double wrapping. Why didn't you return my shirt in the same respectful manner to which it was mailed to you. You not only kept the gift with purchase, but throw a white blouse in a single envelope.

The blouse you returned to me came out of the envelope and was exposed to the elements while in transit. It is ruined. This is why I wrap and double wrap all the items that I mail. Please understand how disheartening this is. Let's thrive on common sense and respect in our transactions.
