I think they may screen things and how urgent something is. Your email would probably get sent to the events department and then they could go from there. Or at least they will be aware before hand!

I have three routes- I take all my pics on white poster board-multiple if needed- and in really bright natural light and sometimes that is enough. If not I will use Photoshop to lighten the background or the site FotoFuze which does the same thing. Hope that helps!

Sales were ok this week but I find lately I'm less into doing what it takes to get the sales- so I guess that is on me. I heard that sales pick up as soon as you take your closet off vacation mode, so I'm hoping that's true for you! Hope you have a great weekend!

fashionconvert @bzzbzz89 These next two have helped with sales 1) Find like items to what I'm selling on PM and then follow all the people who liked it and share items from their closets. 2) Try to list items daily, even if it's just deleting old listings and reposting them again. Again I am just not consistent with any of it as it takes time but when I do I usually get more offers! Hoping some of it is new to you and will help- you'll have to keep me posted!
