krisy0ung @purtsi Hi! If you tap on your account and your purchases, you will see it listed there. You will also see the tracking info, which shows it was dropped at the post office on 8/20. I’m not sure how Poshmark is handling delayed mail, but I will reach out.

krisy0ung @purtsi I understand you have paid, which is why I shipped the bag. USPS is having delays, I’m sooty about that. This is the statement on the Poshmark help page: “However, if you have not received any additional updates 10 days from the last tracking update, please contact Poshmark Support.” I will be able to contact them on 8/30.

krisy0ung @purtsi I checked the tracking once again today. It still doesn’t show any movement. Poshmark says I have to wait until the 30th to contact them. USPS is under a lot of stress at the moment, so unfortunately we just have to wait. I’m sorry this is happening.

purtsi I do not know krysi who’s fault is this, but it happens very often when I order to poshmark! Never Real Real or with other companies! So I decided that I quite to be Poshmark customer! Some of sellers send the items they have nothing to do with my order! So enough is enough! Thank you
