Hey! So, I have the package to my bf so he could drop it by the post office and he didn’t tell me until just now that he forgot to do it, so I will be taking it MYSELF to the post office first thing in the morning! I am so sorry about the delay!

Hi! So sorry you were disappointed with turnaround time. I ship same or next day Mon-Thurs but work double/overnight shifts on weekends. Unfortunately your order came in on the Friday before a 3 day weekend that included a postal holiday. Your order was processed and shipped on the next possible business day. Glad you enjoy the item! @shopfoxontherun Yes, I understand it was a 3day weekend but it was not mailed until 11/13, which was not the next business day after the holiday, which was why I left the feedback that I did.

@bongenie it was picked up by my postal carrier on the 12th- the next business day. As he often hits my house in the late afternoon, sometimes packages are not scanned until the following day. Perhaps amazon is a better avenue for your needs. Happy holidays.

@shopfoxontherun Thank you for your suggestion, yet as a seller myself I am being honest about my feedback. It sounds like you have a different perspective as a seller, which you are absolutely entitled to have. My postal carrier scans it the same day and that is my perspective as a buyer which I am also entitled to have. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas season.
