@sandy949 hi, I have a question about the canisters. It was stated that they were new. I assumed they’d be in the original packing & box. I also got these with my FFF box and this isn’t how I received them. Were these used? Because the Uncommon James sticker is washed off the bottom too.

@krissyk0 Hi Krissy, both canisters are brand new, never used and never filled with food. I took them out of the box when I received because corner of box was smooshed (not sure about stickers) and I set them in a closet. I never used them. If there’s a problem, I will happily credit you back and take them back. I checked my posting to make sure I didn’t say there was a box but understand it was assumed because they were new.

@sandy949 how does a discount return work?
There is suppose to be a sticker on the bottom of the large one that says Uncommon James (there’s one on mine from FFF) on the one you sent me there is a square mark where a sticker clearly was. That is why I thought they were washed/used.

@krissyk0 They were not used, not once. Since the bundle was discounted, I can offer you $15 off another item or credit you $15 and 4.99 shipping and you send back to me. It’s possible the sticker fell off I’m really not sure. It sounds important to you, so I’m happy to refund or offer you $15 off any other item. :)

It’s FabFitFun the subscription box. These were one of the choice items from the fall box. My friend loves mine so I thought I would get her a set for her birthday. They’re sold out online.

@krissyk0 of course! I want you to be happy. I actually regretted selling them as soon as I packed them to ship but they sat in a closet and don’t match a thing in my home. Enjoy and apologize for any inconvenience. I’m new on posh and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. :)
