Hi Kristine, you purchased my Aromatherapy travel kit -thank you!!! Unfortunately, I cannot find the fourth bottle of conditioner. If you want, instead of this missing bottle I can send you one extra shampoo, one extra body wash, one extra soap bar and a travel-size bath minerals (lavender and Ylang Ylang). Let me know and I will ship today, otherwise I will cancel the order....sorry!

Hello Kristine, I'm unsure how to contact you about the Eddie Bauer bag order. I apologize about the odor, I didn't notice it before I sent it. I actually cleaned it, but perhaps not well enough. If the odor doesn't disappear I'm happy to provide you a refund, since it was my mistake.
