kiki_style Hi @champion84, I received an email from Poshmark and they sent me a return label so I can send the Dr. Sholl's shoes to your correct buyer, and they are sending her one so she can send my order directly to me. I've printed the label and will ship the incorrect item I received to the correct buyer...and I look forward to receiving my order as well. I'll let you know when I receive it and get the order "accepted". Thanks! :)

kiki_style PS...I have not opened the individually-wrapped shoes, so your buyer will receive them exactly as you so beautifully prepared them (with the tissue, plastic bags, and samples attached). :)

The other buyer should’ve received her shoes on Mon…and mine should probably be there when I get back as well. So I’ll finish up the transaction in the system then. romanswifey @kiki_style I'm sorry if one shoe is opened like I explained to seller didn't expect to get wrong item so ofcourse I unwrapped it. So yes one shoe won't be perfectly wrapped. Shoes weren't worn not my size or style. Sorry for the delay I had issues with my printer. Anyhow hope you get your shoes soon so this matter can be resolved and over with.

kiki_style @champion84 The shoes arrived today and are in great condition! Since it's my first time, I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly...I left you a 5 star review in the Item Description :) It shows that the item was "Delivered", though I didn't see a place to click on "Accept" so the funds are released to you. I contacted customer support with this question, but in the meantime please let me know if the funds weren't released and I'll know that there is still another step I need to take. Thanks!
