bohogirly Hi! Thank you for the offer on the PB crown. I wanted to be sure you read the tulle has more of an ombre color, it’s not solid light pink shade top to bottom. It’s beautiful, the top stock photo is a little deceiving as it presents as only one shade of pink. 🌸

kristopherwadde @bohogirly hi there! I wanted to message you and see if you could do me a huge favor ? can you message support and ask them about the whole issue with the lost package. I’ve even trying to reach out to them to see if they will release funds to both of us as part of the posh protect… but they’re ignoring me and haven’t wrote me back for days now. I’m getting really fed up. Maybe you could try and contact them via email ☺️

bohogirly @kristopherwadde I am really unhappy with the support team lately. I had two items totally misrepresented, one was a star listed with lights and it arrived without, I sent pictures twice through the app and they cancelled the claim because they wanted them by email. They must be sourcing out now because there’s a dramatic declining in service and support. I can see where they said they would take care of it….and did nothing!

kristopherwadde @bohogirly ugh this is ridiculous. I’m sorry this has happened to you. Honestly I’ve been emailing them non stop and nothing. No reply back. I’m getting fed up at this point where I’ll probably not be buying on this platform anymore. If this doesn’t get resolved then I’m not sure what I’ll do as I’m out of my money and the item (ofcourse it isn’t your fault!)
