angelwithwings9 I bought the eastland boots i know they were cheap but wore them 2 times and they fell apart the soles broke into very disappointed

kristy1207 @angelwithwings9 I’m very sorry. I had no idea that would happen, as they seemed fine when I shipped them. I actually had that happen to a pair of Clark’s I’ve recently purchased also. I don’t know how to handle this situation, as I’ve never had to before. I suppose, ask Support what to do?
