onceuponarunway @coxkr Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. To answer your first question, concerning shipping, the buyer always pays for shipping. Poshmark charges a flat $6.49 shipping charge to every order when the buyer gets to the checkout screen during the purchasing process. Bear in mind that if you are ever shipping a large item or bundle, you will have to pay to upgrade the shipping label. The $6.49 that the buyer pays covers up to 5lbs.

onceuponarunway @coxkr Anything beyond that you will have to request a new label by going to the "Sales" page and clicking the specific item you sold. There, you have the option to upgrade the shipping label based on the weight of the package, and poshmark will deduct the extra fees out of your earnings.

onceuponarunway @coxkr As far as how to deposit your money, you need to add a bank account using your checking account number & routing number. You can find this, once you have made your first sale, by going to your account home screen, clicking "Balance" and then "Redeem". When you click redeem the screen will allow you to enter your account information. If you do not have a bank account, PM also has the option to have a check sent.

onceuponarunway @coxkr Payouts work a specific way on PM as well. You do not get the earnings immediately upon selling the item. Rather, PM releases the earnings once the buyer has received the package and indicated that they received the order and it was as described. Once the buyer accepts the order, your earnings (minus the 20% PM fee) are immediately available for cash out. Unfortunately, sometimes buyers do not accept packages.

onceuponarunway @coxkr So PM has a 3 day rule...if the buyer has not accepted the package or contacted PM Support to let them know something is wrong with it, your earning release automatically on the 3rd day after the item was delivered. Does that all make sense and answer all of your questions? Please lmk if you need further clarification or have any other questions to ask.
