alohaintheheart Hi Kristy! This is so embarrassing but I accidentally swapped labels on two packages one of them being the Vince Pumps you purchased :( I already contacted Poshmark about the mistake When you open the package go ahead and open a case as wrong item sent so we can get you a return. Again I am so sorry :(

alohaintheheart @kkayridley hey, open a case with poshmark go to your purchases and instead of accepting the package report it as wrong item sent for a return, once it is approved they will email you a return label and process a refund
