Hi, u purchased the Express jeggings from my closet and I just realized I accidentally swapped the 2 shipping labels (a Zara bag was mailed to u by mistake) and the packages have been dropped off at the post office. Apologies for the mix-up! I contacted Poshmark and they should be able to help with this issue to get u the correct item.

@mzkj01 Hi, this is the response I received from Poshmark customer service: “We highly suggest that once your buyer receives the package, please have them file an Item Not Described case so our team can assist the buyer with a return process.”
