@myfashionshopx3 I’m sorry about the sweater I didn’t realize it had a pick, I thought I looked it over really good before posting it. I must have missed it, as for the cleanliness, I washed it before packaging but I must admit it had been packaged up for awhile. It must have gotten something on it while in storage. I should have washed it again before shipping sorry. I hope you shop with me again.

It’s okay I understand I mean I figured it hadn’t been washed because it did say it has to be hand washed and I know you can’t really do that when someone buys it because you have to ship it the next day, is not like you can just stick it in the washer. I am honored you were honest about the whole situation but I truly believe is not your fault and I don’t blame you.
