Hi Kristy, I am so sorry about the necklace! I had no idea. It’s been hanging in my room since I received it. Never worn myself. I wouldn’t have sold it to you. I’m sorry, did you mean the bail is loose? The little metal clasp in front.
I can send you a new bail or several of them so you can pick one you find suitable. If for now, you can just pinch the one that’s on there it will be fine. I’ve never had a problem with your Jade heart in particular.
