007jenny Yours was the first rating in almost 200 that was less than 5 stars. The dress was folded in a poly bag and shipped in a poly mailer. I realize I didn't get it out in a day. I agree the item description could have been improved upon. It was 1 of my first listings.I wash or steam everything, so I'm not sure how cleanliness could have been improved. I strive for 5 stars, and if I'm not getting 5 stars, I want to make sure I fix the reasons I didn't. Thank you. I'm sorry you were disappointed.
