Hi, I just decline your low ball offer, you should read the description of the items, do you think it is reasonable to send an offer at 20$, that would give me 16$ on a bran new Ed Hardy top with tags, for me it ain't, when a seller write NO LOW BALL OFFER in their description, that is what we mean!
