@kswiger - I’m am terribly sorry for the less than acceptable service you received upon the sale of the Kylie Ren costume for your son. I never took the costume out of the package. I should have checked to make sure everything was intact.

I would have offered a full refund and let you keep the item. In fact if it’s not against Poshmark rules I may send back to you so your son has additional items just for fun.

@dealsnheels Thank you I appreciate that, I’ve never gave that happen so I just tried to handle the way Poshmark said to, and unfortunately I needed to money back so we could get something different in time, we are running pay check to pay check some weeks.
