Hi! I'm Krystal. I'm from Macon, Ga 30 mins from ATL. & one of my favorite brands Crown & Ivy, Gap, Lily Pulitzer. I started selling a couple years ago and I love it, despite the occasional buyer who wants to blame you for their impulse buy, I have had some of the most wonderful customers from all over the world. I love my Life, My Family and God. I rarely worry about anything, I believe if it's out of your hands then don't worry about it.

3am Hi hun, I just wanted to reach out to you and let you how deeply sorry I am about your order. It was an honest mistake. I hadn't worn those tenni shoes in awhile. I do wear size 6.5. I didn't double check the size. If it's the wrong side, I take full responsibility. I would not purposely mislead anyone. Because I wouldn't want anyone to do the same to be. It was an honest mistake. I'm new to posh...matter of fact, that was my first item I sold. However, I take full responsibility.

ekrystal265 @3am oh sweetie, it was no problem. I didn't blame you at all, I know a lot of people wear them as 6.5 but I have a very narrow foot and kids are wide on me. You don't have to apologize. I don't like returning things and if there was anyway I could have worn them and been comfy I would have. My son said if they weren't girls he would have worn them, they was his size. I'm still think your a great seller, no worries! And thank you for the note that came with the shoes it was very thoughtful!
