xshinanigansx @makanani2000 sounds good! The outside is great and waterproof the inserts were messed up so personally I’d glue down the fur a little and put new inserts . :) I’ll post again thanks !

centiasodd Hi Krystal. I bought items from you on October 20, 2021. It is now Nov 10, 2021 and it is showing they have NOT shipped. I don’t mean to be a bother to you but the items were for my daughter’s birthday which was on October 26th, she still wants the items. I just want to know when you will be shipping them, I have messaged you 3 times with no response. I hope to hear from you soon please! It would mean a lot to my daughter. Thank you.

ninashosh Hi @centiasodd did this seller ever send your item? She told me she no longer has the item I purchased (although it is still listed multiple times in her closet), so I asked her to cancel. So far, I have not gotten any response from her. Not nice. Wondering if you had a similar experience? I have reported it to Poshmark, hopefully she will do the right thing and respond or cancel my order ASAP!

centiasodd @ninashosh No, we never received the items or even a message from the seller about whether she sold the items already or even attempted to ship the items. The only communication that we did receive was from Poshmark. It was also Poshmark who cancelled the order after 20 days of no response from the seller. They then sent me a partial refund of my money and a partial credit. However, I did not get the shipping cost back and do not understand why since she never attempted to ship the items.

centiasodd @ninashosh Hi, you may have to cancel it yourself if she doesn’t respond. You just need to click on your Account Tab (@username), Select My Sales, Select the order, Select Problems/Order Inquiry, then Select Cancel Order & lastly Select reason for cancellation. If that does not work, reach out to Poshmark. That is what I did after not hearing back from the seller for 20 days. Poshmark will usually respond within 24 hours or sooner. I’m sorry that you are going through what I went through.
