glam_grrll Hey hon..Im really sorry about the lipstick.. I dont know how it broke, but Im sorry!! The package got to you in one day?? How could it happen?? You need to report it to the post office!! I dont feel I deserve 1 star, bc that lipstick was brand new, bubble wrapped, and with celllophane over it. I dont know what I could posdibly have done to prevent this...

glam_grrll The lipgloss was smashed?? But nothing was damaged??? Ive sold a bunch of those lipsticks, even use them myself...with no issues. ... Im sorry, but you need to make a report. Im only 1 state away ...not one package has ever been destroyed.

krystalmj @glam_grrll yeah it’s weird! The bottle was clean cut in half right at the handle! I’ll be sure to report it. I’ll still use lipstick just have to be careful (like when your deodorant pops out and you have to put it back in... and keep using it)
