hczook I must apologize profusely-I have been unable to find the Travelon crossbody bag you purchased this morning. I have searched my inventory bin and cannot locate it. I have a message in to customer service to know what needs to be done for a refund - I have never had this problem before. If there is an option on your end to cancel the purchase, please do.
