buffy_2016 @krysntex don’t give up! You will hit a plateau where the scale doesn’t change but your body will and you will notice that your clothes will are fitting different. It’s like cutting your hair short and then deciding to grow it back out. You hit that you can’t do anything with it stage and you think it stopped growing. But then one day it takes off growing. The same with weight loss. 🥰
