szumowski Crystal, I saw your review on the Sherpani. I only had one strap and thought it was suppose to loop through the two bottom loops and up, anyways I blew it. Please contact me and I can refund your money -so sorry! Szumowski22@yahoo.com

ksabrown16 @szumowski I tried that and put it on and was very tight so I looked at the actual product and saw where there were two separate straps. I love the bag and am wanting to use as a diaper bag for my toddler instead of carrying around a large one. I contacted Sherpani to see about a replacement strap but no word yet. How would I return this to you for a refund?
