back2purpose Krystal, I just wanted to thank you for your purchase. I hope you will enjoy wearing the booties and have plenty of complements. After you unpack the boots, the fur will look flat and weary because rabbit fur is very soft and gentle. Please allow boots stand for a couple of hours and let the fur just rest, it will become nice and flaffy again. Every time after storage/shipping the fur needs some rest. All the best, Elena
