krystalbingham @shadygtace SO, GREAT NEWS!! YOU ARE PROTECTED! Locate the item/items in your "purchased" history. Look at the bottom and the last thing you see is "problems/inquiry". Click that. Then click the "contact Poshmark" fill out the form and be on the look out to communicate via email!

krystalbingham @shadygtace you may have to go back and forth with them for a few emails as they will ask you to wait for a certain amount of time to give the seller a chance to make it right. But in the case that you nor they can make contact and the package does not come you will be refunded!

krystalbingham @shadygtace You can absolutely still make a claim. This JUST happened to me however I did not accept it but it stated that the order was complete. I described to them the situation and they STILL refunded me. You absolutely should not pay for something that you did not get. Also you should know that BOTH parties are protected and PAID! Do not go without your purchase and money!

I received a message from Poshmark stating that they sent you a message to accept the order so they could release payment blah blah blah so I just messaged them back and told them no that’s not correct you got it wrong. I told them that you never received your order and that you were looking for a refund and they won’t refund me that usually takes a couple days. Unfortunately I’ve had that happen before.

rawluxe_world @krystalbingham hey girl, I’ve been meaning to reach back out to you all week, but it flew by insanely fast. Regarding the vitamin C cream I sent you bc you asked me for it, the pump isn’t broken. When you get a chance, take the bottle out and take a really good look at the top of the pump and you’ll see an arrow pointing clockwise. You need to turn the pump clockwise in order to get the product out of the bottle.
