graceycoco good morning! i went yesterday personally to my local post office and I asked them about why the package still shows like it needs to be scanned and not as shipped, i left it my self in the post office in Monday 23 by 1pm, but they told me that maybe they didn't scanned the package that's why it doesn't show up in the system, bit eventually it'll be scanned in the next location, that's what the lady told me. I'm sorry for the inconvenience :(

graceycoco but once we leave the package in their hands it's on them now., specially now with this pandemic and holidays coming, they're very behind and not organized at all, again I'm very sorry, but i promise you I did left the package there myself, along with other 2 packages, same problem with those 2 as well, :( hopefully you get the box soon! happy Thanksgiving!
